ABOUT THE PROGRAM
In the summer of 2023, we started the Music House Sumer Camp to open our doors to give students a much needed creative outlet to express themselves through music. Now, through summer camps, winter camps, and after school programming, aspiring creatives are learning how to song-write, create jingles for local businesses, catch a vibe in our state of the art recording studio, and network with industry professionals. With distribution through major industry players like Roc Nation, major video game placements like NBA 2K26, and headlining performances at events like the 2025 Southern Colorado Juneteenth Festival, we are developing the generation of creative professionals. Get ready to experience greatness at the Best Recording Studio according to the American Advertising Federation.

MEET MIGUEL “SMALLS” ROMERO
Smalls (17) was an active member of our summer camp and after school program here at Anthem Music Enterprises. He wasn’t just a student in our program—he was our light in dark moments and his light shined brightly. Every smile or joke he said was intended to bring joy to us all - and he did that with ease. Smalls had this way of making everyone around him feel like they mattered and turned the ordinary into extraordinary.
We built Anthem to bring in students just like Smalls - in helping them find their safe space - to share their most authentic voices and feelings without fear of consequence or shame. Every camp has impacted the students and mentors more than we could have imagined…and Smalls played a major role in that impact. His light is still shining and his voice will live on thru us all.
Miguel’s Mom, Erica, shared “He loved coming to Anthem. He always made sure to make a way because he refused to miss the program. Anthem was his safe space.”
In Miguels’ honor we have partnered with Community Prep High School to fundraise and offer scholarships for at-risk youth in Colorado to participate in our Music House Program at no to low cost this summer.
